Maintenance - Painter

5. Purchase and maintain necessary tools and materials to perform maintenance duties.
6. Monitor and order supplies, such as paint, brushes, and other related materials.
7. Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and guests.
8. Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the property.
