Job Description

At Hyatt, we are looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Audit/Front Desk Agent. This position requires the perfect blend of hospitality, technical skills, and strong customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet and delicately handle a variety of situations. They must be able to work independently and reliably in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Qualifications and Requirements:• High School Diploma or GED• Prior experience working in a hotel front desk or customer service position• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills• Ability to work in a team environment• Proficiency with computers and office software• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays• Ability to stand for long periods of time• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
