Job Description

We are looking for a Reservations Manager to join the Hyatt team. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, as well as a results-oriented attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations related to hotel reservations, overseeing staff performance, and working closely with other hotel departments to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field. You must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you must be organized and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. If you have a positive, customer-focused attitude and a passion for providing an outstanding experience for our guests, we want to hear from you!
