Job Description

At Grand Hyatt at SFO, we are looking for a professional, driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with exceptional organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills. They will be expected to manage the overall operation of the restaurant, including directing staff and overseeing the day-to-day functions.The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, along with a proven track record of driving revenues and profitability. They must be well-versed in all areas of restaurant operations, including menu development and pricing, as well as food, beverage and labor costs.
