We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and customer-oriented Sales & Events Coordinator to join the team at Hyatt. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the sales and events process, from booking clients to managing on-site services and more. You must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to think on your feet to ensure events run seamlessly. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work with clients to determine their event needs and coordinate all aspects of the sales and event process.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales and event information, including client contracts, payments, on-site services, and follow-up procedures.
- Create sales and marketing materials to promote services.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate on-site staffing, catering, audio-visual equipment, and other services as needed.
- Ensure events are executed according to client specifications and Hyatt standards.
- Develop and implement post-event surveys to gather customer feedback.
- Create reports on sales and event results to present to executive management.
