This includes cleaning, sorting, and sanitizing dishware, utensils, cookware and various pieces of kitchen equipment. It also includes disposing of all waste, recycling and food scraps in accordance with environmental regulations. The successful applicant will have prior experience in a similar role, as well as a strong understanding of health and safety regulations. They will be reliable, organized and have the ability to work independently. It is essential that the successful applicant has strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
