Collection Specialist

In this role, you would be responsible for working with our direct customers to help resolve any payment delays. Collect all open accounts receivable invoices for direct customers. Proactively initiate contact with direct customers on a regular basis; maintain and expand business relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders. Research and resolve accounts receivable customer related issues; provides customers with timely responses. Process customer credit card payments and refunds. Retrieve and resolve incoming calls to the accounts receivable telephone out line. Create and verify credit requests and accounts receivable adjustment forms.
