HR Generalist

Provide dedicated support to assigned HR Business Partner(s), employees, and leadership in the Information Systems, Finance and Accounting, Legal, and Facilities teams. Acts as a confidential advisor on performance management, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, right of reviews and investigations. Coach, counsel and guide managers as necessary regarding employee relation issues and performance management process Counsels client groups and facilitates conflict resolutions. Conduct exit interviews, review employee and leadership feedback/surveys; analyze data, prepare presentations, and make recommendations. Responds to requests from employees requesting basic HR information. This may involve researching programs, policies, procedures, employee benefits offerings or employee services. Maintain and apply knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and investigative best practices, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
