  1. Resolve delinquent accounts: The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively manage and resolve delinquent accounts. This includes contacting customers, assessing their financial situation, and negotiating and implementing repayment plans.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service: The Associate, Account Resolution will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the delinquency resolution process. This includes addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Utilize financial knowledge: The individual in this role must have a strong background in finance in order to effectively manage and analyze customer accounts. This includes understanding credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant financial documents.

Job Qualifications
