- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in customer and vehicle lifecycle management for Hyundai Capital America.
- Lead and manage the Customer & Vehicle Lifecycle Management team, providing direction and guidance to achieve department goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience throughout the entire vehicle ownership journey.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including dealerships, vendors, and customers.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures related to customer and vehicle lifecycle management, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
- Communicate and present key performance metrics and initiatives to senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Extensive Experience In Customer Relationship Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Managing Customer Relationships, Preferably In The Automotive Industry. This Includes Experience In Developing And Implementing Customer Retention Strategies, As Well As Managing Customer Feedback And Complaints.
Knowledge Of Vehicle Lifecycle Management: The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Automotive Industry And The Various Stages Of A Vehicle's Lifecycle, From Production To Sales And Service.
