  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in customer and vehicle lifecycle management for Hyundai Capital America.
  2. Lead and manage the Customer & Vehicle Lifecycle Management team, providing direction and guidance to achieve department goals and objectives.
  3. Oversee the development and execution of customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience throughout the entire vehicle ownership journey.
  5. Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business results.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including dealerships, vendors, and customers.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures related to customer and vehicle lifecycle management, and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
  9. Communicate and present key performance metrics and initiatives to senior leadership.
  10. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  12. Travel as needed to various locations for business meetings and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Customer Relationship Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Managing Customer Relationships, Preferably In The Automotive Industry. This Includes Experience In Developing And Implementing Customer Retention Strategies, As Well As Managing Customer Feedback And Complaints.

  • Knowledge Of Vehicle Lifecycle Management: The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Automotive Industry And The Various Stages Of A Vehicle's Lifecycle, From Production To Sales And Service. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Developing Effective Strategies For Maximizing The Value Of Hyundai Capital America's Vehicle Portfolio.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Professionals And Driving Them Towards Achieving Strategic Goals. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Motivating A Team, As Well As The Ability To Build Strong Working Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Financial Acumen: An Important Aspect Of This Role Is Managing The Financial Performance Of The Customer And Vehicle Lifecycle Management Division. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Financial Acumen And Be Able To Analyze Data To Make Informed Decisions That Will Drive Profitability And Efficiency.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Director Will Be Responsible For Liaising With Various Stakeholders, Both Internal And External, Including Senior Management, Dealers, And Customers.
