
Manager, Debt Capital Markets
The Manager, Capital Markets manages and executes operational phases of North American unsecured long-term capital markets funding including bank facilities, bonds, and intercompany borrowings. Manage and execute operational phases of North American bond, intercompany loan, and bank credit transactions. Support North American bank, investor, and rating agency relationships. Coordinate approvals and documentation with overseas parent and other departments. Oversee commercial paper program, coordinate short-term liquidity requirements with other functions, and perform related reporting requirements. Prepare policies and procedures, maintain covenant and internal compliance processes, and ensure timely facility payments. Perform all other duties as assigned which may include cross-functional duties across other areas in the Treasury department.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience required.
Minimum of 5 years of recent Treasury Debt & Capital Markets experience required.
Auto finance or banking industry experience is preferred but not required.
