Job Description

Hyundai Capital America is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Manager, Enterprise Voice of the Customer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-centric leader who is passionate about helping our customers and developing an enterprise voice of the customer program.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a desire to help build an enterprise-wide voice of the customer program. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of professional experience in customer experience, customer insights, or customer service. Experience in the banking/financial services industry is a plus.We’re looking for someone who is an effective communicator, an analytical thinker, and a team player who can work effectively with all levels of the organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement an enterprise-wide voice of the customer program.
  2. Drive a customer-centric approach to analyzing customer feedback.
  3. Work with stakeholders to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into the customer experience.
  4. Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend strategies to improve it.
  5. Analyze customer feedback to identify and address underlying customer service issues.
  6. Develop customer-centric initiatives to improve the customer experience.
  7. Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are being met.
  8. Manage customer feedback through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research methods.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations on customer feedback to management.
  10. Provide guidance and training to team members on customer-centric processes.
