
Manager, Enterprise Voice of the Customer
Hyundai Capital America is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Manager, Enterprise Voice of the Customer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-centric leader who is passionate about helping our customers and developing an enterprise voice of the customer program.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a desire to help build an enterprise-wide voice of the customer program. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of professional experience in customer experience, customer insights, or customer service. Experience in the banking/financial services industry is a plus.We’re looking for someone who is an effective communicator, an analytical thinker, and a team player who can work effectively with all levels of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide voice of the customer program.
- Drive a customer-centric approach to analyzing customer feedback.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into the customer experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend strategies to improve it.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify and address underlying customer service issues.
- Develop customer-centric initiatives to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Manage customer feedback through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research methods.
- Prepare reports and presentations on customer feedback to management.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on customer-centric processes.
