
Manager, Operations Training

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the operations team, including new hire training, ongoing training, and leadership development.
- Ensure that training programs align with company goals and objectives, and are continuously updated to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and technology.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create relevant and engaging content.
- Monitor training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve employee performance and customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze training metrics to measure the impact of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage a team of trainers and training coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in training and development, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and resources to supplement internal training initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive training culture that promotes employee engagement and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in training and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to effectively train employees and address any customer concerns.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new operations team members, ensuring they receive proper training and support.
- Monitor training budget and make recommendations for cost-effective training solutions.

Proven Track Record In Training And Development: A Successful Manager Of Operations Training Should Have A Demonstrated History Of Designing And Implementing Effective Training Programs For Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Training Professionals And Collaborating With Various Departments Within The Organization. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Knowledge Of Learning And Development Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Different Learning And Development Strategies, Including E-Learning, On-The-Job Training, And Classroom Instruction.
