Welcome to Hyundai Capital America - the financial services arm of Hyundai Motor America and Kia Motors America. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of Operations Training. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training programs for our operations team, ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our customers.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the operations team, including new hire training, ongoing training, and leadership development.
  2. Ensure that training programs align with company goals and objectives, and are continuously updated to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and technology.
  3. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create relevant and engaging content.
  4. Monitor training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve employee performance and customer satisfaction.
  5. Track and analyze training metrics to measure the impact of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Manage a team of trainers and training coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
  7. Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
  8. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in training and development, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and resources to supplement internal training initiatives.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive training culture that promotes employee engagement and continuous learning.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in training and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  12. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to effectively train employees and address any customer concerns.
  13. Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new operations team members, ensuring they receive proper training and support.
  14. Monitor training budget and make recommendations for cost-effective training solutions.
  15. Serve as a role model for the company's values and culture, promoting teamwork, integrity, and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Proven Track Record In Training And Development: A Successful Manager Of Operations Training Should Have A Demonstrated History Of Designing And Implementing Effective Training Programs For Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Training Professionals And Collaborating With Various Departments Within The Organization. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Learning And Development Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Different Learning And Development Strategies, Including E-Learning, On-The-Job Training, And Classroom Instruction. They Should Also Be Able To Identify The Most Effective Approach For Different Types Of Training.
