1. Developing and maintaining compliance and risk management policies and procedures.
2. Monitoring and assessing risk management and compliance activities across the organization.
3. Identifying areas of non-compliance and developing strategies to address them.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Investigating and responding to any non-compliance incidents.
6. Developing and delivering training programs on risk management and compliance topics.
7. Maintaining accurate records of all compliance and risk activities.
8. Keeping up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
9. Coordinating internal and external audits.
10. Assisting with the development and implementation of corrective measures when necessary.
