4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
5. Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and IBM policies and ensure that all necessary risk and compliance criteria are met.
6. Provide guidance and advice on risk and compliance matters to stakeholders.
7. Remain up-to-date on industry-standard risk and compliance practices.
8. Investigate potential breaches in risk and compliance requirements.
9. Collaborate with other members of the team to identify and address risks.
10. Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on risk and compliance topics.
