Job Description

At IBM, we are looking for a highly motivated Analyst-Risk and Compliance professional to join our team and help us ensure our organization is compliant with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and have the ability to think strategically to identify risks and develop appropriate mitigating strategies.We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in risk assessment and/or compliance. Knowledge of industry regulations and experience working within a large, complex organization is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and assess regulatory risks and compliance issues for the organization.
  2. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Monitor industry regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple geographies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate risk and compliance issues and solutions.
  6. Educate and train staff on risk and compliance policies.
  7. Provide support and guidance to team members.
  8. Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
  9. Remain up to date on industry trends and regulations.
