
AR Collections Analyst
Achieve cash collection goals and KPIs related to DCSO, cash flow, AR aging metrics and minimal bad debt. Ensure compliance with credit and collections policy, internal controls and audit requirements. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly AR reports. Direct the evaluation of credit risk and payment terms. Develop and implement process improvements and system enhancements that improve customer service, efficiency and reduce costs. Actively participate in the collection process to reduce A/R balances. Monitor and document collection activity of major accounts and establish and monitor aged receivables. Manage invoice presentment, EDI and notarization. Resolve internal/external customer inquiries timely. Support and/or participate in other initiatives and special projects when requested.
Prior credit and collections manager or supervisor, with lead responsibility of managing staff (5+ years)
Demonstrated ability for driving process efficiencies and problem solving
Experience in forecasting accounts for B/W improvement YOY
