Job Description

Are you an experienced SuccessFactors Core HR Consultant looking for an exciting new challenge? IBM is looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Consultant. As a Consultant at IBM, you will have the opportunity to be part of a highly specialized and innovative team that provides implementation and consulting services for our clients.To be successful in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a passion for consulting. You should have at least two years of experience leading SuccessFactors Core HR projects, ideally in a consulting role. Additionally, experience with SuccessFactors' Employee Profile, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, and Compensation modules is a plus.If you have the qualifications and enthusiasm to join our team, we look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Core HR projects for IBM clients.
  2. Help clients identify their HR needs and recommend solutions utilizing SuccessFactors Core HR modules.
  3. Provide technical guidance and training to clients on SuccessFactors Core HR modules.
  4. Develop comprehensive project plans and track progress to ensure successful project completion.
  5. Monitor project performance and recommend changes as needed.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors Core HR modules and industry trends.
  7. Provide feedback and insights to improve SuccessFactors Core HR modules.
  8. Proactively manage customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
