Defect Inspection & Yield Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Defect Inspection & Yield Engineer to join the IBM team. As a Defect Inspection & Yield Engineer, you will be responsible for developing strategies and processes to identify, assess and improve yield and product quality. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies and processes to identify, assess and improve yield and product quality.
2. Analyze defect inspection data and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality.
3. Monitor, inspect and report on quality assurance of products.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and yield issues.
5. Prepare and review engineering documents, drawings and other quality assurance documents.
6. Monitor and report on quality assurance performance metrics.
7. Develop and implement process improvement plans.
8. Identify and recommend process and system changes to improve product quality.
9. Troubleshoot and analyze defect issues.
10. Maintain current knowledge of quality assurance principles and processes.
