Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Digital Sales Intern to join the IBM team! This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a corporate setting and contribute to our business success. As an Intern, you will have the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals and develop your digital sales skills.Are you a self-starter with strong communication skills? You should also have a basic understanding of digital sales, customer relations, and market trends. Knowledge of IBM products and services will be a plus, but is not required. Finally, we require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a basic understanding of IBM products and services.
  2. Assist with digital sales activities, such as customer relations and market trends.
  3. Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop digital sales skills.
  4. Provide support and guidance to customers throughout their purchasing journey.
  5. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay up to date on current market trends and IBM products/services.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for improvements.
  8. Assist with creating and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement.
  9. Work with the team to identify opportunities to improve digital sales performance.
  10. Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
