Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Digital Sales Specialist to join IBM's team. This person will be responsible for driving IBM’s digital sales initiatives and creating and advocating for new, innovative sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to think strategically.To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in marketing, business or a related field and at least three years of experience in digital sales. You should also have a sound understanding of best practices in digital sales and a track record of success in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities. Additionally, you must have a great attitude and be able to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative strategies for digital sales initiatives.
  2. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  3. Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop insights.
  5. Grow and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with teams to ensure successful execution of digital sales strategies.
  7. Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on digital sales best practices.
  8. Create and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
  9. Develop marketing materials and campaigns to support product launches and sales initiatives.
  10. Manage budget and resources to ensure cost-effective operations.
