We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Digital Sales Specialist- Apptio Sales to join IBM's team. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach and a passion for working with clients to drive digital transformation.The Digital Sales Specialist- Apptio Sales will develop and close business opportunities with clients, build relationships, and understand their needs to provide solutions that leverage IBM's technology and services.Required Qualifications:- Experience with sales and developing relationships in the technology industry- Knowledge of digital transformation and cloud technologies- Proven success in closing deals and building customer relationships- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned organization and to be part of a team that is at the forefront of digital transformation. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and close business opportunities with clients, build relationships, and understand their needs to provide solutions that leverage IBM's technology and services.
  2. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  3. Identify key areas of customer’s digital transformation and cloud needs.
  4. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and customer success.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and industry trends to identify sales opportunities.
  6. Provide technical product and services consultation to clients.
  7. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and demos.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
