  1. Research and stay updated on the latest data security trends and technologies, specifically IBM Guardium.
  2. Utilize expert knowledge and experience with IBM Guardium to provide clients with optimal data security solutions.
  3. Collaborate with a team of experts to design, implement and deliver IBM Guardium solutions for clients.
  4. Lead projects and ensure successful delivery of IBM Guardium solutions within agreed timelines and budget.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their data security needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  6. Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members on IBM Guardium and data security best practices.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure IBM Guardium solutions are meeting client requirements.
  9. Continuously improve and optimize IBM Guardium processes and procedures to enhance client satisfaction.
  10. Represent the company and IBM Guardium expertise at industry events and conferences.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for IBM Guardium, providing guidance and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant data security regulations and standards.
  14. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and assistance as needed.
  15. Embrace a proactive and customer-centric approach to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Expertise In Ibm Guardium: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Extensive Experience In Implementing And Managing Ibm Guardium Data Security Solutions. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Its Features, Configuration, And Troubleshooting.

  • Proven Track Record In Data Security: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Security, With A Focus On Ibm Guardium. This Should Include Successful Project Delivery, Client Management, And Technical Leadership.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Security Best Practices: The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Data Security Best Practices, Compliance Requirements, And Industry Standards. This Includes Knowledge Of Data Protection Laws, Regulations, And Frameworks Such As Gdpr And Pci-Dss.

  • Strong Technical And Consulting Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Technical Skills And Be Able To Provide Consulting Services To Clients On Ibm Guardium Solutions. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Client Requirements, Design Solutions, And Troubleshoot Complex Issues.
