Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IBM Z Systems
  • Provide technical support to customers on various systems
  • Monitor and maintain systems performance
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve system reliability
  • Install and configure new hardware and software components
  • Document system performance, software installations, and system configurations
  • Develop and maintain system documentation
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop technical skills
  • Ensure compliance with IBM policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other professionals to improve system performance
