- Develop and implement identity and access management strategies and policies to protect IBM's digital assets and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in identity and access management to continuously improve IBM's security measures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, taking appropriate actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members and departments on identity and access management best practices.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance IBM's overall security posture.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in identity and access management, and make recommendations for their implementation at IBM.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates on security initiatives and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to identity and access management processes and procedures.
Extensive Experience With Identity And Access Management (Iam) Solutions, Including Hands-On Experience With Ibm's Identity And Access Management Products Such As Ibm Security Identity Manager, Ibm Security Access Manager, And Ibm Security Directory Server.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices For Iam, Including Authentication, Authorization, And Identity Governance.
Proficient In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Iam Solutions For Large Enterprise Environments, With A Focus On Scalability, Security, And Performance.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Iam Projects, Including Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Implementation, And Deployment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
