As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will be on the frontline working to deploy, administer, support, and maintain key hardware and software IT solutions internally within IBM. You will work closely with internal IBMers to lead and champion our process, policies, and tools. This position will require a strong technical background, ability to troubleshoot complex problems, innovative thinking, excellent communication, and willingness to drive customer satisfaction directly with end users.
