Job Description

IBM is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Intern - Back End Developer to join our innovative team. You’ll be an integral part of developing and maintaining back-end web applications that support our products, services, and projects. If you have the technical skills and creative vision to help us grow, we want to hear from you!To be considered for this role, you must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. You should have a strong understanding of programming and database fundamentals, as well as experience with modern web technologies such as Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain back-end web applications to support products, services, and projects. -Collaborate with the team to create innovative solutions to complex problems. -Design and implement database schemas that accurately represent and support business processes. -Test and debug applications to ensure they are functioning properly. -Write clean and maintainable code using best software development practices. -Stay up to date on the latest technologies and tools to ensure the best solutions are implemented. -Manage and optimize performance of applications. -Resolve issues and bugs quickly and effectively. -Work with product managers to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
