Job Description

We at IBM are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and Project Management Consultant to join our team in supporting our customers. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills who is capable of managing complex projects and providing innovative solutions. If you are a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a knack for creative problem-solving, we want to hear from you! To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and Project Management tools. Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle Project Management Cloud is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.
  2. Implement Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and Project Management tools.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.
  4. Create and manage complex project plans and timelines.
  5. Train customers on the use of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and Project Management tools.
  6. Monitor progress of customer projects and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and Project Management tools.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
  9. Develop and document system processes and procedures.
  10. Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
