In-Depth Knowledge Of Successfactors Talent Management Software And Its Various Modules, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning And Development, And Succession Planning.
Proven Experience In Implementing And Configuring Successfactors Talent Management Solutions For Large And Complex Organizations.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Evaluation, Career Development, And Succession Planning.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions, Including Data Mapping, System Integrations, And Reporting.
Effective Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Projects Within Defined Timelines And Budgets.
