Job Description

As a Sr. Delivery Manager (Sr. DM), you will lead a portfolio of project work streams that create new and enhanced functionality/modules for the HR LOB Shared Service Center, built on the Oracle PeopleSoft platform. The Sr. DM will lead the overall project of functional analysts, system developers, and change management experts, providing Federal HR and talent transformation expertise, acting as the primary customer and stakeholder interface, and managing financial health of the overall project. The Sr. DM will manage the schedule, cost, and risks of the overall HR LOB project. Troubleshoots issues that arise across the project.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 10 years experience leading medium to large sized projects of moderate or greater complexity

  • At least 10 years experience using strong analytical skills; ability to research issues and provide solutions

  • At least 10 years Agile management experience (e.g., as project manager, scrum master, system engineer, etc.)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • At least 7 years demonstrated experience with project reporting/financial management
