  1. Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery according to project timelines and objectives.
  2. Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and resource allocation, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  3. Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and align project deliverables accordingly.
  4. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project progress, risks, and issues.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and take proactive measures to address them.
  6. Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and consultants, to ensure all project deliverables are met.
  8. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members to ensure project objectives are met and team members are motivated and engaged.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SAP project management and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during project implementation.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of project proposals.
  14. Support the growth and development of the team by actively participating in recruitment, training, and mentoring activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In Sap Implementation: A Project Manager-Sap At Ibm Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sap Platform, Including Its Modules, Functionalities, And Best Practices For Implementation. They Should Have A Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Leading Sap Projects In Previous Roles.

  • Project Management Certification: A Project Manager-Sap Should Possess A Project Management Certification Such As Pmp Or Prince2, Demonstrating Their Proficiency In Project Management Methodologies, Processes, And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Project Manager-Sap, One Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Professionals, Coordinating With Stakeholders, And Managing Client Relationships. Therefore, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Business Acumen And Analytical Thinking: Ibm's Project Manager-Sap Must Have A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Think Analytically To Understand Clients' Needs And Make Informed Decisions That Align With Business Objectives.
