Job Description

The IBM T.J. Watson Research Center’s Advance Lithography Group is currently looking for an researcher with expertise and hands-on experience in lithography, patterning and metrology. The candidate will be part of an exploratory research team on patterning for leading-edge devices and systems as well as for pushing the frontier of information technology through IBM internal and external engagements. The hired candidate will be responsible for developing lithography/patterning strategy, lithography materials/processes, metrology/measurement technologies, and interacting with integrators, interfacing with tool and materials suppliers as well as IBM and external foundry partners.

Job Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of profession experience in lithography area

  • Experience in direct write lithography

  • Extensive experience and knowledge in photolithographic materials, process, optics
