SAP Order Fulfillment Functional Consultant
The IBM team is seeking an experienced SAP Order Fulfillment Functional Consultant to join our fast-paced and high-performing team. This individual should possess an entrepreneurial spirit, strong technical capabilities in SAP Order Fulfillment, and an eagerness to lead and contribute to an innovative and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of expertise in configuring and implementing SAP Order Fulfillment related components and processes, such as pricing, order management, shipping, invoicing, and EDI. You should also have a proven track record in providing support for SAP Order Fulfillment related projects. In addition, a bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities: • Configure and implement SAP Order Fulfillment related components and processes, such as pricing, order management, shipping, invoicing, and EDI. • Provide support for SAP Order Fulfillment related projects. • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all SAP Order Fulfillment related components and processes. • Ensure that all SAP Order Fulfillment related procedures are adhered to and followed. • Provide customer service and support for SAP Order Fulfillment related issues. • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects. • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the implementation of SAP Order Fulfillment related processes. • Monitor and report on the progress of SAP Order Fulfillment related projects. • Assist in the development of training materials and processes for SAP Order Fulfillment related tasks.
