Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Order Fulfillment Functional Consultant to join our team at IBM. The ideal candidate will have a passion for SAP technology and deep expertise in order fulfillment processes. As a member of our team, you will provide technical solutions and support to our clients while also working to ensure the smooth operations of the overall IBM SAP environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in SAP order fulfillment, with specific expertise in the areas of sales and distribution, warehouse management, and supply chain. You will also need strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.If you have a proven track record of success in the areas of SAP order fulfillment and are looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity, then we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical solutions and support to clients regarding SAP order fulfillment processes.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot existing and potential problems in the IBM SAP environment.
  3. Design and implement solutions to ensure the smooth operations of the IBM SAP environment.
  4. Work with clients to develop and implement end-to-end order fulfillment processes.
  5. Monitor and optimize order fulfillment system performance.
  6. Provide training and mentorship to team members in order fulfillment processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP order fulfillment technologies and trends.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best possible customer experience.
