- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause of security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends, and proactively identify vulnerabilities in IBM clients' systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and vendors to enhance incident response capabilities.
