  1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within IBM.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for each job opening.
  3. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  4. Screen and assess candidates' qualifications and skills to determine their fit for the role and the company culture.
  5. Conduct thorough and efficient interviews to evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for IBM, promoting the company culture and values to potential candidates.
  7. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  11. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and hiring managers.
  12. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote IBM as an employer of choice.
  13. Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Stay informed of relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
