  1. Develop and implement effective off-boarding procedures for German-speaking employees, in compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for off-boarding inquiries and processes for German-speaking employees.
  3. Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure proper documentation and communication during the off-boarding process.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of off-boarding activities and employee data.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on off-boarding procedures and policies.
  7. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees and to facilitate knowledge transfer.
  8. Continuously review and improve off-boarding processes to enhance the employee experience and ensure compliance.
  9. Handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion.
  10. Stay updated on local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the organization.
  11. Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity by ensuring a positive off-boarding experience for all employees.
  12. Represent IBM as a global leader in technology and innovation, promoting our values and commitment to employee well-being and growth.
  13. Communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels, both in German and English.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for IBM and promote our mission to empower individuals and organizations through technology.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline off-boarding processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • Fluency In German Language: As A Separations & Off-Boarding Professional At Ibm, Proficiency In The German Language Is A Must. This Includes Both Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As The Role Involves Interacting With German-Speaking Employees And Stakeholders.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Separations And Off-Boarding Processes: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Separation And Off-Boarding Processes, Including Legal Requirements And Best Practices. This Will Ensure Smooth And Compliant Off-Boarding Of Employees In The German Market.

  • Experience In Hr Or Legal Field: A Background In Hr Or Legal Field Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Handle Legal And Compliance Aspects Of Employee Off-Boarding, Such As Employment Contracts, Severance Agreements, And Data Privacy Regulations.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Separations & Off-Boarding Professional, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure Accuracy And Compliance In All Off-Boarding Processes. This Includes Managing Employee Data, Handling Legal Documents, And Coordinating With Various Departments Within The Company.

  • Ability To Work Independently: The Role Of A Separations & Off-Boarding Professional Requires A High Level Of Autonomy And Self-Motivation. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Work Independently, Prioritize Tasks, And Manage Their Time Effectively To Meet Tight Deadlines.
