Job Description

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced IBM team. As a Supply Chain Engineer, you’ll be responsible for optimizing our supply chain operations for maximum efficiency and cost savings. Our ideal candidate is a highly analytical problem solver with a passion for driving results. To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of technical and business acumen along with a strong sense of ownership and customer focus.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field• Proven experience in supply chain operations, including inventory management, demand forecasting, shipping, and receiving• Knowledge of supply chain operations software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify and solve complex problems• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesWe are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and takes pride in their ability to drive results. Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize supply chain operations for maximum efficiency and cost savings.
  2. Analyze complex problems and identify solutions.
  3. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
  4. Manage inventory, demand forecasting, shipping, and receiving operations.
  5. Utilize supply chain operations software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and report on supply chain performance.
  8. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  9. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  10. Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
