Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Systems Services Representative to join the IBM team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support to customers in resolving system problems, providing timely problem resolution, and educating customers on IBM products and services. We’re looking for a customer-focused individual who is excited to help our clients and take on new challenges.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least one year of experience in a customer service role. They should be well-versed in a variety of operating systems and database systems, including IBM products. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to customers in resolving system problems. • Provide timely problem resolution. • Educate customers on IBM products and services. • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. • Possess in-depth knowledge of a variety of operating systems and database systems, including IBM products. • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. • Work independently and collaboratively to resolve customer issues. • Remain organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
