Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to IBM customers via phone, email, or other channels. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues. • Handle customer interactions with poise and professionalism. • Maintain a strong knowledge of IT systems and applications. • Provide excellent customer service. • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to meet customer needs. • Remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. • Work independently and collaboratively with the team.
