IBM is seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator I (RPO) to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for various positions within our organization.   1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
  2. Utilize various recruitment methods and tools to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  5. Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
  6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates.
  8. Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
  9. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment progress and success.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  11. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system.
  13. Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 1-2 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Remote Or Virtual Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Processes And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.

  • Proficiency In Using Recruitment Tools And Technology, Such As Applicant Tracking Systems And Social Media Platforms, To Attract And Engage Top Talent.
