Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced TCAD Engineer to join IBM's team and help us continue to shape the future of technology. As a TCAD Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing advanced semiconductor device and process technologies. You will be part of an innovative, fast-paced environment in which you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies.To be successful, you should have a strong background in semiconductor device physics and the fundamentals of semiconductor technology. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology and a track record of success in developing and executing process and device simulations.If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and analyze advanced semiconductor device and process technologies.
  2. Utilize semiconductor device physics and the fundamentals of semiconductor technology.
  3. Remain organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
  4. Push the boundaries of technology by developing and executing process and device simulations.
  5. Utilize cutting-edge technologies to develop innovative solutions.
  6. Collaborate with other professionals in the team to ensure successful project completion.
  7. Produce and maintain technical documents and reports related to projects.
  8. Monitor the progress of projects and ensure timely completion according to the standards set.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  10. Keep up with the latest developments in the field of semiconductor technology.
