Job Description

We are actively seeking a talented and experienced TCAD Engineer to join the IBM team. As a key member of the IBM team, the TCAD Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of semiconductor technology. The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid understanding of semiconductor process and device technologies, as well as strong knowledge of TCAD tools. The successful candidate will be highly analytical and able to think strategically. We are looking for a professional with excellent problem solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor device and process engineering, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Experience in a related field such as Semiconductor Process Engineering or Semiconductor Packaging is also preferred. Familiarity with TCAD tools such as Sentaurus and IC-CAP is also desired.   7. Maintain a minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor device and process engineering.
  8. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  9. Possess experience in a related field such as Semiconductor Process Engineering or Semiconductor Packaging.
