As a User Experience Director, you will be responsible for leading the UX design process and creating exceptional user experiences. You will be expected to bring user-focused design solutions to IBM products and services and ensure they are user friendly and engaging.To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in UX design and a proven track record in leading and developing UX/UI design projects. You must have a solid understanding of UX processes and a deep knowledge of the latest UX trends and industry-leading tools.
