
UX Design Lead
Evangelize a clear vision of best-in-class designs to senior executives. Responsible for project engagements including deliverables (such as concepts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, specifications, etc.), engagement agreements and timelines. Craft user experiences alongside key product stakeholders to understand and support product business goals, advocating user centered design industry best practices, and effectively managing design resources. Work closely with design team to implement IBM Carbon Design System in all solutions. Translate business requirements to end-user needs and create differentiated design solutions. You will help design experiences which help our customers maintain a strong security posture and keep their companies safe from hackers. We need a hands-on design leader to shape the future of cybersecurity offerings by defining strategies and leading the creation of end-to-end customer experiences.
At least 7 years’ experience is required
