Volunteer and Giving Offering Project Manager

This role will involve leading several key volunteers and giving initiatives, including thought leadership and the day-to-day oversight and management of the initiatives. Specifically, this person will lead strategy and execution of Activity Kit offerings, project manage sustainability volunteering initiatives like Earth Investigations, consult with grassroots volunteer groups to improve adoption of the volunteering and giving portal (YC), advise team on employee engagement best practices and user experience enhancement opportunities, across all volunteering and giving programs, provide strategic support for ad hoc employee engagement campaigns, at the direction of the Director of Volunteerism, drive awareness of volunteering and giving initiatives to ignite employee interest and engagement, maintain an engaging community in various channels (e.g. Slack), and educate CSRMs on our volunteering and giving initiatives and how they can best support our mission.
