Job Description

IBM Offering Managers define, develop and deliver differentiated offerings that focus on winning in markets and delivering iconic user experiences.

  • Participates in the Software Development process.
  • Pursues a program of self-development through the use of selected reading, seminars, and participation in continuing education.
  • Supports sales/business development as a consultative subject matter expert.
  • Leads Change Control Board and Offering R&D Leadership Team.
  • Provides trade show and user group support.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience interacting with healthcare providers and industry partners

  • Demonstrated team leadership through over 5 years of management experience.

  • Solid understanding of business financials.

  • Ability to work effectively with and influence executives, both internal and external
