As a Category Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our menu categories to ensure they align with our company's standards and goals.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of our menu categories, including product selection, pricing, and promotions.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions regarding menu offerings.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as culinary, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement category strategies.
  4. Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with food suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best quality products at competitive prices.
  6. Work closely with the culinary team to develop new menu items and ensure they meet our standards for freshness and quality.
  7. Train and educate team members on menu categories, ensuring they are knowledgeable and able to effectively communicate with customers.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments to meet demand and minimize waste.
  9. Continuously seek out opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within menu categories.
  10. Stay current on food safety and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance within our menu categories.
  11. Regularly review and update menu categories to reflect customer preferences and market trends.
  12. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies for menu categories.
  13. Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to menu categories and work to find suitable solutions.
  14. Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed on the latest developments and network with industry professionals.
  15. Uphold the company's standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of menu category management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Category Management, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Product Categories And Market Trends In The Fast Food Industry

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Experience Using Category Management Software

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
