Job Description

This role will take an active part in helping out with events for the charity Foundation team. Provide general support to In-N-Out Burger Charitable Events leaders and peers. Plan and develop fundraising opportunities, such as raffle, silent and live auction. Create and develop event layouts and printed collateral. Coordinate event logistics; load-in and load-out schedules, event rentals, food and beverage as well as AV requirements. Recruit and manage on-site staff and volunteers. Monitor and assist with the overall event budget. Includes processing event invoices and payment reconciliation reports.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an active Event Planner

  • Ability to provide portfolio of previously managed events

  • Certificate in Meeting & Event Management preferred, but not required
