1. Conduct legal research and provide advice on various legal matters related to the restaurant industry and our company's operations.
2. Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they accurately reflect our company's interests and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop and implement best practices and policies for legal compliance across the organization.
